MVSR Engineering College i.e., Maturi Venkata Subba Rao Engineering College, was
founded in 1981 with three disciplines. Over the years it has grown from strength
to strength and is a Premier Technical Institute in Andhra Pradesh. The total student
strength at present is over 2300. There are 160 well-qualified faculty and 180 skilled
supporting staff. After completing two decades of excellent service in Technical
Education, the college has celebrated its Silver Jubilee year in February 2007.
