<img src= Dr.P.A.Sastry obtained his B.E. from O.U. and M.E. from IISc. After working with D.R.D.L., Ingersoll-Rand,and other industries he obtained Ph.D.from Monash University, Australia and worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Saskatchewan Canada.

Dr.P.A.Sastry joined the college as reader in Mechanical Engineering Department in 1987.

He served as a Principal during 2000-2004 and 2006-2011 and as a Dean during the year 2005. He has been working as Director - Academics since May 2011.

His areas of interest include Robotics, Control Systems,Fluid Power and Dynamics of Machine. He is also an active consultant with industries.

Mr. Subhash Kulkarni is the overall incharge for the administrative activities of the academic section.This section keeps record of the entire information of the student community. This section caters to the needs of the students right from the date of their admission in the college till they leave the college. All the details regarding admissions/promotions/re-admissions etc. can be obtained from this section. Apart from the above, the services of issue of identity cards, bonafide certificates, transfer certificates, railway concession forms to students, collection of tuition fees from students etc. come under the purview of this section.
