Students are encouraged to play when they have no class-work. Further, extended playing time is provided beyond college hours under the guidance of the Physical Director. Students who excel are identified and are encouraged to participate in Annual Inter College Tournaments under the auspices of Osmania University.

Apart from the above, annual Inter College (Engineering) tournaments are being held in different college campuses to promote healthy interaction between students and staff.

1. V.P.Sumanshu a student of B.E. I year EEE bearing Roll No.05-09-2020 was selected as a member of Osmania University Table tennis team that participated in All India Inter University Tournament organized by BIT, Mesra
2. R.Mourya a student of B.E. II year. Mechanical represented Osmania University as a member in Inter University Archery tournament , organized by Acharya Nagarjuna University at Guntur.
3. J.Harsh a student of B.E. II year PE & Keerthi Sheela a student of B.E. II year EEE represented Osmania University as a member in All India Inter Univ,Chess Tournament organized by Magadh University at Bodh Gaya
4. I.Ramya Krishna as student of B.E. I was placed as Ist Runner-up in Women Category in 13th Rakan Muda GACC International Inter-varsity chess championship held at Univ.of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
5. Paramveer Singh a student of B.E. IV year IT represented Hyderabad as a member of Ranji Trophy team for 2008-09 and was also a member for one day tournament for Vijay Hazare Trophy.
6. D.Vinay Kumar a student of B.E. II year CE bagged gold medal in +100 kg Open Judo Inter college Tournament of Osmania University and was selected as a member of Osmania Team in the Inter University Tournament for 2008-09
7. Swetha Hegde a student of B.E. I year EEE, won gold medals in Roller skating-Inter district Roller Skating competitions held on December 5&6 at Hyderabad and has qualified to represent AP. in the National competitions to be held from December 27, 2008 at Hyderabad.
8. Swetha Hegde won gold medal in Roller Skating Sprints in the National Championships, 2009.
9. Danny Derek Prince a student of BE III year CSE 05-05-0845 was selected as a member of Hyderabad team in the All India One day tournament for Vijay Hazare Trophy, 2009.
10. Danny Derek Prince, Paramveer Singh and Prithvi Reddy were members of winning South Zone Team for the Vizzy Trophy 2008-09.

Sunil Reddy (CSE 2/4) represented as a member of Osmania University Cricket team in the South Zone Inter university Tournament organized by Osmania University at Hyderabad and All India Inter University Tournament organized by Calcutta University at Kolkatta.

Ramakanth Reddy (ECE 2/4) represented Hyderabad in the Senior National Gymnastic Championship.
