Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs)
The Program Educational Objectives of post graduate program in Electronics & Communication Engineering are to prepare graduates who will:
(A) PROGRAM OUTCOMES(POs)
At the end of the program the students (Engineering Post Graduates) will be able to: PO1: An Ability to identify, formulate and present solutions to technical problems related to Embedded Systems. PO2: An ability to identify the design requirements and develop efficient architectures for improving system performance in terms of speed, power consumption and accuracy of Analog and Mixed Signal Circuits PO3: An ability to independently carry out research /investigation and development work to solve practical problems in the domain of ES & VLSI Design PO4: An ability to write and present a substantial technical report/document PO5:Ability to use advanced hardware and software tools for development of new electronic systems.
(B) PROGRAM SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs)
PSO1: Solve complex problems in the domains of VLSI and Embedded Systems using latest hardware and software tools and technologies PSO2: Apply the concepts of FPGA, ASIC, System On Chip, IoT etc. in the design, development and implementation of application oriented engineering systems to solve real life and industry problems.
